• Hello,

    I am Aaron Webb and I teach Physical Education and Drivers Education here at BCHS. I really enjoy what I do and believe that PE is a very important part of the curriculum. Regular physical activity can help children and adolescents improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as heart disease, cancer, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. Physical Education is very important to me as a teacher I believe in practicing what I preach. I try to make a conscious effort to always stay active and to live a healthy lifestyle.

    I also teach a new dual credit class through Rend Lake College, Fitness PE, this class offers instruction and practice in proper techniques of the development of muscular strength, edurance, and flexibilty. Empahsis is placed on application of scientific principles and methods used to build, improve, and maintain proper muscular fitness through a variety of exercise options. I feel this class will really help to push our students to become better athletes in the future.

    Coaching is another passion that I have. I have 13 years of coaching experience and am excited to be coaching the Ranger Footbal team this year. 

    I am truly excited to be at BCHS as a teacher and a coach and am looking forward to shaping a great PE curriculum to fit the students needs.


    The Goal of our PE class is to develop physically literate individuals who have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity.
