Upperclassmen with diagnosed medical conditions should turn in their medical condition plans/packets from their physicians on this date as well.

Online Registration Information

Online registration will be done through our Student Information System, TeacherEase. In order to access the online registration system, you will need to have an active email address tied to your student. You cannot create accounts, accounts can only be created by BCHS. We have already created accounts for the email addresses in our records. If we have your email address, you will receive an email from no-reply@teacherease.com with a link to activate your account. If you have not received an email from TeacherEase, please send an email to registration@bchs103.org with your name, the names of any students that you will be registering, and your relationship to each of those students, so that we can create an account for you. Understand, you cannot complete online registration through a student’s email address, it MUST be a parent/guardian’s email address added by the school.

Upon clicking the link in the email, you will be taken to a page where you can set your password. After that, you will be able to login either through your email address and password, or, if you have a Gmail address, by clicking on “log in with Google” on the TeacherEase sign-in page (located by going to teacherease.com and clicking “Sign In”). You will not be able to do anything until online registration is made available, beginning on July 1st. After it is made available, upon logging in, you will be taken immediately to the online registration page. Follow the onscreen instructions to make your way through the process. Keep in mind that any fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required to continue. At any point, if you need to leave and come back, you can click “Save Only” to mark your place in an incomplete document, or you can click “Save and Mark Complete” to move on to the next part of registration.

When you reach the Health Forms section of online registration, you will see a number of printable forms for different health needs. Download whichever forms apply to your student (asthma, seizures, freshman physicals), print them out, and consult with your student’s doctor on filling them out. Health forms will need to be delivered to the school nurse once school begins, or mailed (see the Medical Information section further down in this letter).

After completing all of the forms in online registration, you will be able to apply for free/reduced lunches. After applying for free/reduced lunches, please wait at least one business day for your application to be approved or denied. You will be unable to pay fees online while the application is pending.

After choosing whether or not to apply for free/reduced lunches, you will have the opportunity to pay your fees online. There is a small convenience fee for credit/debit card transactions that will be added. This fee is added by the online payment system for processing, not the school, and does not go to the school.

School Fees

BCHS will waive all book rental fees for students for the 2025-2026 school year.  ALL students will pay a $10 student fee.  Please mail a check to BCHS, pay in person at registration on July 29th or 30th, or pay online during registration. For any questions about this process, or if you have any problems filling out the forms/paying fees online, please feel free to contact us at registration@bchs103.org

A reminder to parents- please come to BCHS on July 16th to bring in your freshman’s physical, freshmen and senior shot records and any other medical health plans or information to be given to the school nurse Candy Pankey. You may mail the forms to Nurse Pankey before July 16th if you can not make it to the high school on this date.  All paperwork for the nurse office is due by July 16th.  Any paperwork that is not turned in by that date is due at registration.   If your child has a medical condition, the Medical Action Plan and a Doctor’s note is required.
