Timeline for 2025-2026 BCHS School Year Registration & Events

July 1-31

  • Online Registration Available: Parents/guardians can register students online via the TeacherEase platform.

July 16

  • Medical Paperwork Collection:

    • Nurse available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM to collect freshman physicals, immunizations, dental exams, medical information, and medical condition plans.

    • Upperclassmen with medical conditions must also submit plans/packets.

    • Important: All medical paperwork must be turned in by this date if not already submitted.

July 29

  • Registration at BCHS (In-Person):

    • 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM: Students must pay the $10 student fee and complete necessary forms (lunch payment, yearbook information, parking permits).

    • Freshman and New Student Tours: Available from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM for those unfamiliar with the building.

July 30

  • Registration at BCHS (In-Person):

    • 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Students must pay the $10 student fee and complete necessary forms (lunch payment, yearbook information, parking permits).

    • Freshman and New Student Tours: Available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

    • Yearbook Information: Available for students to review and order.

    • Parking Permits: Issued to eligible students (sophomores, juniors, seniors) who present their insurance, registration card, and driver's license.

August 11

  • First Day of School: Students begin the 2025-2026 school year.

    • Chromebook Distribution: During the advisory period.

    • Make-Up Chromebook Pickup: Available in the library for students who miss the distribution.

August 26

  • School Picture Day: All students will have their school photos taken.

October 20

  • Picture Make-Up Day: For students who missed the original picture day.

Additional Notes:

  • Online Registration System (TeacherEase): Parents/guardians must activate their account via an email from TeacherEase, allowing them to complete the registration process.

Medical Information:

Health forms must be submitted via the online system and delivered to the school nurse. Failure to submit medical condition forms by the due date will result in needing to submit them in person at registration.
