BCHS will operate an early dismissal schedule the first 3 weeks of school this year. Students will be dismissed at 1:50 pm from Aug. 10 through Aug. 28. BCHS Administration

This is notification that BCHS is commencing an asbestos abatement project on or about May 26, 2026. The process will follow all state and federal rules and regulations required. The affected areas of the school will be closed with signage prohibiting entrance.

BCHS is ready for graduation! Rich Herrin Gym is set up, the a/c is cold, and practice is in the books. We will see you tomorrow (Saturday) at 4:00 p.m. Doors open at 2:30. The ceremony will be live streamed, click the HUDL Live Stream link at the top of the page at bentonhighschool.org.

BCHS is accepting applications for the following positions for the 2026-2027 School Year: Assistant Cross Country Coach, Assistant Girls Basketball Coach, and Assistant Girls Wrestling Coach. This Wednesday, April 15th, at BCHS is our ACT testing day for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors. Your student’s attendance for the ACT is extremely important and we ask you for your help to make sure your student comes prepared with their Chromebooks completely charged on Wednesday. We will dismiss school after testing is complete at 1:00 pm.

BCHS has an immediate opening for a route bus driver. Pay begins at $27.55 per hour plus benefits. Application details are available on the district website. The position remains open and applications will be accepted until filled.

Welcome back students! Tomorrow, January 6th, you will report to your Advisory period 1st and receive your 2nd semester schedule. After the Advisory period, you will go to your A1 class. Tomorrow is a 2:50 pm dismissal.
