Fall Break Reminder:
Next week is Fall Break for BCHS and there will be no school from Monday, October 14 through Friday, October 18. In addition, students will be dismissed at 1:50 this Friday, October 11. Enjoy your break!

Schedule Update
Homecoming Parade Announcement: After extensive consideration to reschedule the parade, it has been decided there will not be a homecoming parade this year. The homecoming court will again be announced and recognized at the next home football game vs. West Frankfort on Friday, October 11 at Tabor Field. Members of the homecoming court will receive notification with details.

The homecoming parade scheduled for today has been cancelled due to the weather. The pep session will be held today at 12:15 in the East Gym with parents and community members allowed entry at 12:05. School will be dismissed and buses will run at the conclusion of the pep session or approximately 1:15 p.m.
Homecoming Parade - The 2024 BCHS Homecoming Parade is scheduled for Friday, September 27 at 1:30 p.m. The weather forecast is calling for rain. We will continue to monitor the forecast and make a decision concerning the parade on Friday morning. If the parade is cancelled, an announcement will be made Friday morning via social media and the district website.

Just a reminder we are doing early dismissal at 1:50pm through Friday, August 23rd. On Monday, August 26th every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (unless otherwise noted) will be our Regular schedule ending at 2:50pm. Every Wednesday will be our Early dismissal schedule of 1:50pm.

Today was a beautiful day for graduation practice. We are looking forward to a similar day tomorrow for the graduation ceremony at 4:00 pm on Tabor Field. Congratulations BCHS Class of 2024!
BCHS will hold its regular Board of Education meeting on Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at 5:00pm instead of 5:30.
Due to the severe weather, we will be postponing tonight's band auditions. If you were scheduled to audition tonight, please come tomorrow, or Friday during your normal scheduled time. If you can, please email Mr. McDaniel and let him know which day you are going to choose so that I can make note of it and type out a schedule.
